Oregon High School Basketball - Lewis Academy ripped by Lowell
December 29, 2016: Newberg, OR 97132 In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Lowell Devils basketball squad scored a big 72-36 victory over the Lewis Academy Watchmen.
With the victory, Lowell upgrades its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Devils travel to Triangle Lake (Blachly, OR) to play the Lakers in a 1A Mountain West challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Lakers come into the challenge with a record of 7-3. Triangle Lake lost 57-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Hosanna Christian (Klamath Falls, OR)
Next up, the Watchmen play the Jewell Bluejays (Seaside, OR) in a 1A Casco challenge, on Friday, December 30. Lewis Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 51-24 non-league loss to Eddyville (Eddyville, OR).
