The Copper Canyon Aztecs basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Cactus Cobras to 66 in the Aztecs league triumph on Tuesday.

In their next game, the Aztecs face the Peoria Panthers (Peoria, AZ) in a 4A West Valley game, on Friday, January 16. Copper Canyon will attempt to move on its 12-5 season record. The Panthers enter the game with a 6-11 record after their 64-53 league win over Millennium (Goodyear, AZ).
