Indiana High School Softball - Martinsville bounces Decatur Central

April 22, 2015: Indianapolis, IN 46221

The Martinsville Artesians routed the host Decatur Central Hawks softball squad by a final score of 8-1 in Wednesday's league battle.

The Artesians (3-6) will now prepare for their battle against Northview (Brazil, IN). The Knights go into the non-league battle with a 4-5 record. In their last battle, Northview nudged Sullivan (Sullivan, IN), 7-6, in a league battle.

The Hawks now possess a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Hamilton Southeastern for a non-league outing on Saturday, April 25. Decatur Central will battle a Royals team coming off a 12-2 non-league win over Lawrence North (Indianapolis, IN). The Royals record now stands at 7-2.
