Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Parkland Matadors (El Paso, TX) and the host Austin Panthers (El Paso, TX), saw Parkland's basketball squad wallop Austin by a margin of 72-30.

The Matadors (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Bowie (El Paso, TX). The Bears go into the non-league test with a 0-5 record. In their last test, Bowie was trounced by El Dorado (El Paso, TX), 41-27, in a non-league test.

The Panthers now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Riverside for a non-league test on Thursday, November 15.
