Northwest Texans (Justin, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Keller Central Chargers (Keller, TX), 10-2 in a league test.

With the win, Northwest upgrades its record to 15-12 on the season. The Texans host Mansfield Summit (Arlington, TX) to battle the Jaguars in a non-league test on Saturday, April 21. The Jaguars come into the test with a record of 13-12. Mansfield Summit won 12-2 in their recent league test against Seguin (Arlington, TX)

With the defeat, Keller Central falls to 10-15 on the season. The Chargers travel to Coppell (Coppell, TX) to battle the Cowboys in a 5A Region I District 7 test on Friday, April 27. The Cowboys come into the test with a record of 17-11. Coppell won 7-0 in their recent league test against Keller (Keller, TX)
