October 18, 2008: Montvale, NJ 07645 In Saturday's league game, the St. Joseph Regional Green Knights (Montvale, NJ) football team smashed the visiting Paramus Catholic Paladins (Paramus, NJ), by a score of 39-0.
The Green Knights (5-0) will now prepare for their game against Greenwich (Greenwich, CT). The Cardinals come into the non-league game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Greenwich overwhelmed Trumbull (Trumbull, CT), 13-6, in a league game.
The Paladins now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Bergen Catholic for a NNJIL C game on Saturday, October 25. Paramus Catholic will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 56-14 non-league win over Paramus (Paramus, NJ). The Crusaders record now stands at 5-0.
