The Washington Union Panthers basketball team scored 61 points and held the host Yosemite Badgers to 20 in the Panthers league triumph on Wednesday.

The Panthers now sport a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sierra for a North Sequoia contest on Friday, January 28. Washington Union will meet a Chieftains team coming off a 73-47 league win over Liberty (Madera, CA). The Chieftains record now stands at 13-4.

The Badgers (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Chowchilla (Chowchilla, CA). The Redskins enter the North Sequoia contest with a 9-8 record. In their last contest, Chowchilla trounced Kerman (Kerman, CA), 62-47, in a league contest.
