Holmdel Hornets (Holmdel, NJ) boosters exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse team overcome the visiting Pequannock Golden Panthers (Pompton Plains, NJ), 12-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Hornets now own a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marlboro for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 23. Holmdel will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 12-11 league loss to Howell (Farmingdale, NJ). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-2.

In their next game, the Golden Panthers meet the Kittatinny Regional Cougars (Newton, NJ) in a Pooley challenge, on Monday, April 30. Pequannock will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record.
