Massachusetts High School Football - New Bedford defeats Dartmouth
October 12, 2018: South Dartmouth, MA 02748 In Friday's non-league match, the visiting New Bedford Whalers football squad scored a good 30-12 victory over the Dartmouth Indians.
In their next game, the Whalers clash with the Brockton Boxers (Brockton, MA) in a Big Three match, on Friday, October 19. New Bedford will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Boxers enter the match with a 3-2 record after their 28-0 league win over Durfee (Fall River, MA).
The Indians (1-5) will now prepare for their match against Barnstable (Hyannis, MA). The Red Raiders enter the Old Colony match with a 4-2 record. In their last match, Barnstable ran past Bridgewater-Raynham (Bridgewater, MA), 36-29, in a league match.
