Missouri High School Basketball - Kickapoo overwhelms Carthage
December 7, 2012: Carthage, MO 64836 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Kickapoo Chiefs (Springfield, MO) and the host Carthage Tigers (Carthage, MO), saw Kickapoo's basketball squad trounce Carthage by a margin of 65-42.
The Chiefs (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Branson (Branson, MO). The Pirates go into the non-league test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Branson walloped Glendale (Springfield, MO), 59-43, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Central for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 11. Carthage will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 61-52 non-league loss to Ozark (Ozark, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-3.
