October 17, 2008: Phoenix, AZ 85048 Desert Vista Thunder (Phoenix, AZ) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the visiting Yuma Criminals (Yuma, AZ), 63-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Desert Vista improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Thunder travel to Basha (Chandler, AZ) to battle the Bears in a 5A Central test on Friday, October 24. The Bears come into the test with a record of 4-3. Basha lost 23-21 in their recent non-league test against Mountain View (Mesa, AZ)
With the loss, Yuma drops to 2-6 on the campaign. The Criminals travel to Cibola (Yuma, AZ) to battle the Raiders in a 5A Gila Valley test on Friday, October 24. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 2-5. Cibola lost 14-10 in their recent non-league test against North (Phoenix, AZ)
