In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Alief Elsik Rams basketball team scored a good 57-39 triumph over the Cypress Falls Eagles.

In their next game, the Rams confront the Alief Hastings Bears (Houston, TX) in a 5A Region III District 18 match, on Tuesday, December 6. Alief Elsik will attempt to move on its 9-4 season record. The Bears enter the match with a 3-8 record after their 32-29 non-league loss to Fort Bend Dulles (Sugar Land, TX).

With the defeat, Cypress Falls moves to 16-2 on the year. The Eagles travel to Dekaney (Houston, TX) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league match on Wednesday, December 7.
