The New London-Spicer Wildcats (New London, MN) basketball nipped the host Redwood Valley Cardinals (Redwood Falls, MN), 72-70 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Wildcats (10-7) will now prepare for their test against Glencoe-Silver Lake (Glencoe, MN). The Panthers go into the Wright County - West test with a 10-8 record.
