Nevada High School Basketball - Selma tops Bonanza
December 22, 2017: Las Vegas, NV 89146 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Selma Bears (Selma, CA) and the host Bonanza Bengals (Las Vegas, NV), saw Selma's basketball squad knock off Bonanza by a count of 62-42.
With the victory, Selma upgrades its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Lancaster Catholic (Lancaster, PA) to play the Crusaders in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 27. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a record of 6-0.
Next up, the Bengals play the Spring Valley Grizzlies (Las Vegas, NV) in a 4A Sunset - Southwest challenge, on Monday, January 8. Bonanza will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record.
