In Saturday's non-league outing, the Blue Ridge Fighting Tigers (Greer, SC) basketball squad beat the host Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy Gryphons (Mooresboro, NC), by a margin of 63-50.

The Fighting Tigers (3-12) will now prepare for their outing against Christ Church Episcopal (Greenville, SC). The Cavaliers go into the non-league outing with a 6-4 record. In their last outing, Christ Church Episcopal defeated Walhalla (Walhalla, SC), 47-45, in a non-league outing.

The Gryphons now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Oakbrook Prep for a non-league outing on Friday, January 5.
