The Torrance Tartars basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Aliso Niguel Wolverines to 46 in the Tartars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Tartars now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ganesha for a non-league contest on Monday, December 15. Torrance will confront a Giants team coming off a 78-32 non-league loss to Diamond Ranch (Pomona, CA). The Giants record now stands at 0-3.

The Wolverines (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Marina (Huntington Beach, CA). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Marina lost by Mission Viejo (Mission Viejo, CA), 70-59, in a non-league contest.
