The Sedgwick County Cougars basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting South Platte Blue Knights to 11 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cougars now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Creek Valley for a non-league contest on Friday, December 19. Sedgwick County will meet a Storm team coming off a 77-18 non-league loss to Caliche (Iliff, CO). The Storm record now stands at 1-3.

The Blue Knights (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Wauneta-Palisade (Wauneta, NE). The Broncos enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Wauneta-Palisade trounced Dundy County (Benkelman, NE), 57-30, in a non-league contest.
