In Thursday's non-league challenge, the Arlington Lions (Riverside, CA) baseball squad the visiting Los Osos Grizzlies (Rancho Cucamonga, CA), by a final score of 8-6.

With the win, Arlington upgrades its record to 20-9 on the season. The Lions travel to Huntington Beach (Huntington Beach, CA) to encounter the Oilers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 26. The Oilers come into the challenge with a record of 16-12. Huntington Beach won 5-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Chino (Chino, CA)
