October 3, 2011: Conifer, CO 80433 The Valor Christian Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO) volleyball were winner over the host Conifer Lobos (Conifer, CO), 3-1 in Monday's league outing.
With the win, Valor Christian betters its record to 10-4 on the year. The Eagles host Golden (Golden, CO) to face the Demons in a 4A Jeffco outing on Wednesday, October 5. The Demons go into the outing with a record of 4-8.

Match Summary
The 4th Ranked Valor Eagles traveled to the Lobos den in a conference match to decide who would remain undefeated in the 4A Jeffco League. Valor, who was still decimated by injuries, found itself down to 8 players during the match, but managed to hold on for a 3-1 victory over Conifer. Leading the way for the Eagles were Senior Kaylee Pierce (13 kills, 10 digs), Freshman Cassidy Wurth (8 kills, 4 blocks) and Junior Clara Koeltzow (10 kills, 12 digs). Valor looks to stay perfect in conference, Wednesday as they host the Demons of Golden.
