Texas High School Football - Shiner prevails Lexington

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Shiner Comanches (Shiner, TX) and the host Lexington Eagles (Lexington, TX), observed Shiner's football squad defeat Lexington by a count of 49-28.

The Comanches now own a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to Rice Consolidated for a non-league contest on Friday, September 25. Shiner will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 41-22 non-league loss to Brazos (Wallis, TX). The Raiders record now stands at 1-3.

Coming up next, the Eagles encounter the New Waverly Bulldogs (New Waverly, TX) in a 3A-2 Region III District 12 contest, on Friday, September 25.
