Oregon High School Soccer - Sheldon knocks off McNary
September 11, 2018: Eugene, OR 97401 Sheldon Irish (Eugene, OR) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting McNary Celtics (Keizer, OR), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Irish confront the North Medford Black Tornado (Medford, OR) in a 6A Southern Oregon challenge, on Saturday, September 15. Sheldon will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record.
The Celtics now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Lake Oswego for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 13. McNary will confront a Lakers team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Wilsonville (Wilsonville, OR). The Lakers record now stands at 1-1.
