The Independence Patriots basketball team (Charlotte, NC), was nudged 56-51 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Mooresville Blue Devils (Mooresville, NC)

The Blue Devils now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hough for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 2. Mooresville will battle a Huskies team coming off a 66-54 non-league loss to Providence Day (Charlotte, NC). The Huskies record now stands at 2-1.
