The Oakman Wildcats basketball team scored 80 points and held the visiting Vinemont Eagles to 67 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hanceville for a 3A Area 12 contest on Friday, January 13.

The Eagles (1-16) will now prepare for their contest against St. Bernard Prep (Cullman, AL). The Saints enter the non-league contest with a 5-7 record. In their last contest, St. Bernard Prep was dropped by Falkville (Falkville, AL), 58-44, in a league challenge.
