The Bears (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Gonzales (Gonzales, TX). The Apaches come into the 3A Region IV District 28 challenge with a 8-0 record. In their last challenge, Gonzales nipped Pleasanton (Pleasanton, TX), 48-12, in a league challenge.
The Hurricanes now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Cuero for a 3A Region IV District 28 challenge on Saturday, October 29. Houston will meet a Gobblers team coming off a 46-3 league win over Poteet (Poteet, TX). The Gobblers record now stands at 3-5.
