The Houston Hurricanes (San Antonio, TX) basketball knocked off the host Edison Golden Bears (San Antonio, TX), 57-41 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Hurricanes (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Boerne (Boerne, TX). The Greyhounds go into the non-league test with a 11-5 record. In their last test, Boerne was beaten by Hondo (Hondo, TX), 71-59, in a non-league test.

The Golden Bears now own a 13-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kennedy for a 4A Region IV District 29 test on Friday, December 16. Edison will clash with a Rockets squad coming off a 59-55 league loss to Southside (San Antonio, TX). The Rockets record now stands at 7-6.
