Gettysburg Warriors (Gettysburg, PA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Susquehannock Warriors (Glen Rock, PA), 55-45 in a league bout.

With the win, Gettysburg upgrades its record to 9-10 on the season. The Warriors host Northern York (Dillsburg, PA) to play the Polar Bears in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 31. The Polar Bears go into the bout with a record of 8-10. Northern York won 81-43 in their recent league bout against James Buchanan (Mercersburg, PA)

Next up, the Warriors play the Hanover Nighthawks (Hanover, PA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 1. Susquehannock will attempt to upgrade on its 2-13 season record. The Nighthawks go into the bout with a 8-9 record after their 70-55 league win over Bermudian Springs (York Springs, PA).
