September 29, 2006: Whitewright, TX 75491 The Whitewright Tigers toppled the visiting S & S Consolidated Rams football squad by a final score of 31-14 in Friday's league outing.
The Tigers now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gunter for a 2A Region II District 14 outing on Friday, October 6. Whitewright will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 35-8 league win over Howe (Howe, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 3-1.
With the defeat, S & S Consolidated moves to 1-3 on the campaign. The Rams host Callisburg (Gainesville, TX) to confront the Wildcats in a 2A Region II District 14 outing on Friday, October 6. The Wildcats go into the outing with a record of 3-1. Callisburg won 49-6 in their recent league outing against Tom Bean (Tom Bean, TX)
