North Carolina High School Basketball - High Point Christian Academy crushes Forsyth Country Day
February 1, 2013: Lewisville, NC 27023 High Point Christian Academy Cougars (High Point, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Forsyth Country Day Furies (Lewisville, NC), 86-51 in a league bout.
With the win, High Point Christian Academy improves its record to 18-5 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Fleming (Roanoke, VA) to confront the Colonels in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 2. The Colonels come into the challenge with a record of 13-3. Fleming won 43-32 in their recent league challenge against Henry (Roanoke, VA)
Next up, the Furies confront the Wesleyan Christian Academy Trojans (High Point, NC) in a NCISAA Piedmont challenge, on Friday, February 8. Forsyth Country Day will attempt to improve on its 5-15 season record.
