The Fern Creek Tigers basketball team scored 69 points and held the host Boyd County Lions to 67 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Tigers now sport a 27-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Covington Catholic for a non-league contest on Friday, March 16. Fern Creek will battle a Colonels team coming off a 71-47 non-league win over Apollo (Owensboro, KY). The Colonels record now stands at 31-4.
