September 16, 2011: Middleburg, FL 32068 The Middleburg Broncos football team (Middleburg, FL), was ripped 43-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Fleming Island Golden Eagles (Orange Park, FL)
The Golden Eagles (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Bolles (Jacksonville, FL). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Bolles trounced Crestview (Crestview, FL), 31-0, in a non-league challenge.
The Broncos now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Leon for a 6A District 3 challenge on Friday, September 23. Middleburg will meet a Lions team coming off a 29-9 non-league win over Chiles (Tallahassee, FL). The Lions record now stands at 1-2.
