Utah High School Basketball - Hunter overwhelmed by Skyline
November 30, 2016: Salt Lake City, UT 84109 The Hunter Wolverines basketball team (West Valley City, UT), was overwhelmed 69-44 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Skyline Eagles (Salt Lake City, UT)
The Eagles now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wasatch for a non-league battle on Friday, December 2. Skyline will confront a Wasps team coming off a 65-51 non-league win over Cyprus (Magna, UT). The Wasps record now stands at 1-0.
The Wolverines (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against East (Salt Lake City, UT). The Leopards come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, East was overwhelmed by Hillcrest (Midvale, UT), 61-54, in a non-league battle.
First Quarter
Skyline scored 21 and held hunter to 10, Mike Vorwaller had 9 points to lead the Eagles.
Second Quarter
Skyline scored 20 to hunters 12, Andrew Clark had 6 points to lead the Eagles.
Third Quarter
Andrew Clark had 6 more to help the Eagles score 17 , hunter scored11.
Fourth Quarter
Both teams scored 11 in the fourth.
