Washington High School Football - Gonzaga Prep gets by St. Ignatius

The Gonzaga Prep Bullpups football squad scored 42 points and limited the visiting St. Ignatius Wildcats to 37 in the Bullpups non-league win on Saturday.

The Bullpups now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to University for a 4A Greater Spokane battle on Friday, September 14. Gonzaga Prep will play a Titans squad coming off a 43-37 non-league win over Post Falls (Post Falls, ID). The Titans record now stands at 2-0.

Coming up next, the Wildcats play the Saint Francis Lancers (Mountain View, CA) in a West Catholic battle, on Friday, September 21. St. Ignatius will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Lancers go into the battle with a 2-1 record after their 33-15 non-league loss to De La Salle (Concord, CA).
