Michigan High School Basketball - Holly nudges Central
January 18, 2012: Bay City, MI 48708 Holly Bronchos (Holly, MI) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nip the host Central Wolves (Bay City, MI), 54-52 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Holly upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Bronchos host Linden (Linden, MI) to encounter the Eagles in a Flint Metro bout on Friday, January 20. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 4-5. Linden won 65-57 in their recent non-league game against Fowlerville (Fowlerville, MI)
With the defeat, Central moves to 1-7 on the year. The Wolves host Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, MI) to face the Oilers in a Saginaw Valley game on Friday, January 20. The Oilers enter the game with a record of 3-4.
