The Royal Falcons basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Sam Rayburn Texans to 62 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Falcons now sport a 15-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to King for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 27. Royal will meet a Panthers team coming off a 85-65 league win over Galena Park (Galena Park, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 8-6.

The Texans (14-5) will now prepare for their contest against Hargrave (Huffman, TX). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 5-8 record. In their last contest, Hargrave nudged Caney Creek (Conroe, TX), 44-28, in a non-league contest.
