Indiana High School Basketball - Aberdeen Central overwhelmed by La Lumiere
December 30, 2017: LaPorte, IN 46350 The La Lumiere Lakers basketball team scored 98 points and restricted the visiting Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles to 61 in the Lakers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Lakers now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Imhotep Charter for a non-league contest on Friday, January 5. La Lumiere will battle a Panthers team coming off a 47-44 league win over Archbishop Moeller (Cincinnati, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 9-1.
The Golden Eagles (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Huron (Huron, SD). The Tigers come into the AA contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Huron triumphed over Riggs (Pierre, SD), 46-45, in a league contest.
