New Jersey High School Basketball - Woodrow Wilson thwarts Delran
February 11, 2017: Camden, NJ 08105 The Woodrow Wilson Tigers (Camden, NJ) basketball knocked off the visiting Delran Bears (Delran, NJ), 43-35 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Tigers (12-9) will now prepare for their test against Camden Catholic (Cherry Hill, NJ). The Fighting Irish go into the Olympic - National test with a 17-3 record. In their last test, Camden Catholic notched a victory over Clearview (Mullica Hill, NJ), 71-45, in a non-league test.
The Bears now own a 14-7 record. They play next when they travel to Moorestown for a non-league test on Monday, February 13. Delran will encounter a Quakers squad coming off a 35-26 non-league win over Highland Park (Highland Park, NJ). The Quakers record now stands at 12-6.
