September 27, 2013: Wyalusing, PA 18853 The Canton Warriors held off the host Wyalusing Valley Rams football team by a count of 29-28 in Friday's non-league outing.
With the win, Canton upgrades its record to 1-4 on the season. The Warriors host Sayre (Sayre, PA) to confront the Redskins in a Northern Tier 2 outing on Saturday, October 5. The Redskins go into the outing with a record of 3-2. Sayre won 28-14 in their recent league outing against Cowanesque Valley (Westfield, PA)
With the loss, Wyalusing Valley moves to 1-4 on the season. The Rams host Pius X (Bangor, PA) to confront the Royals in a non-league outing on Friday, October 4. The Royals go into the outing with a record of 2-3. Pius X won 34-7 in their recent non-league outing against Towanda (Towanda, PA)
