September 16, 2011: Pilgrims Knob, VA 24634 In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Tug Valley Panthers football squad scored a good 40-24 victory over the Twin Valley Panthers.
In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Jenkins Cavaliers (Jenkins, KY) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 23. Tug Valley will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Cavaliers enter the match with a 0-4 record after their 15-12 non-league loss to Paintsville (Paintsville, KY).
The Panthers (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Honaker (Honaker, VA). The Tigers enter the A Western match with a 4-0 record. In their last match, Honaker thwarted Henry (Glade Spring, VA), 42-13, in a league match.
