The Apple Valley Eagles (Apple Valley, MN) basketball crushed the visiting Rosemount Irish (Rosemount, MN), 86-43 in Friday's league test.

The Eagles (18-4) will now prepare for their test against Prior Lake (Prior Lake, MN). The Lakers go into the South Suburban test with a 18-4 record. In their last test, Prior Lake was trounced by Lakeville North (Lakeville, MN), 73-31, in a league test.

The Irish now own a 2-21 record. They play next when they host Shakopee for a South Suburban test on Tuesday, February 20. Rosemount will encounter a Sabers squad coming off a 70-65 league win over Eastview (Apple Valley, MN). The Sabers record now stands at 11-11.
