Pennsylvania High School Football - Pine-Richland nips Seneca Valley
October 17, 2008: Harmony, PA 16037 In Friday's league match, the visiting Pine-Richland Rams football squad scored a close 17-14 victory over the Seneca Valley Raiders.
In their next game, the Rams clash with the Shaler Area Titans (Pittsburgh, PA) in a WPIAL AAAA Northern Five match, on Friday, October 24. Pine-Richland will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Titans enter the match with a 6-2 record after their 21-18 league loss to North Hills (Pittsburgh, PA).
The Raiders (3-5) will now prepare for their match against Butler (Butler, PA). The Golden Tornado enter the WPIAL AAAA Northern Five match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Butler was nudged by North Allegheny (Wexford, PA), 24-7, in a league match.
