August 20, 2018: Lombard, IL 60148 The Lincoln-Way East Griffins volleyball team (Frankfort, IL), was nudged 2-1 in Monday's non-league challenge with the host Montini Catholic Broncos (Lombard, IL)
The Broncos (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against West Aurora (Aurora, IL). The Blackhawks enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, West Aurora was nudged by Naperville Central (Naperville, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Griffins meet the Plainfield East Bengals (Plainfield, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 24. Lincoln-Way East will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Bengals enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Lockport (Lockport, IL).
