Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - Haverford can't get by Henderson
April 28, 2018: Havertown, PA 19083 Henderson Warriors (West Chester, PA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the host Haverford Fords (Havertown, PA), 13-12 in a non-league battle.
The Warriors now have a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Downingtown East for a Ches-Mont battle on Tuesday, May 1. Henderson will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Academy of the New Church (Bryn Athyn, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 11-3.
In their next game, the Fords clash with the Springfield Cougars (Springfield, PA) in a Central battle, on Tuesday, May 1. Haverford will attempt to move on its 8-6 season record. The Cougars come into the battle with a 12-2 record after their 16-1 league win over Lower Merion (Ardmore, PA).
