Pennsylvania High School Softball - Canon-McMillan nudges Baldwin
April 30, 2015: Pittsburgh, PA 15236 Canon-McMillan Big Macs (Canonsburg, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Baldwin Highlanders (Pittsburgh, PA), 10-9 in a league challenge.
The Big Macs now own a 11-4 record. They take the field next when they host Peters Township for a WPIAL AAAA 4 challenge on Tuesday, May 5. Canon-McMillan will clash with a Indians team coming off a 11-1 league win over Upper St. Clair (Upper St. Clair, PA). The Indians record now stands at 6-7.
In their next game, the Highlanders clash with the West Allegheny Indians (Imperial, PA) in a non-league game, on Monday, May 4. Baldwin will attempt to improve on its 9-4 season record. The Indians come into the game with a 8-3 record after their 10-7 league win over Keystone Oaks (Pittsburgh, PA).
