New York High School Football - Archbishop Stepinac defeats Cardinal Hayes
November 21, 2015: Bronx, NY 10451 In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Archbishop Stepinac Crusaders football squad scored a good 20-12 victory over the Cardinal Hayes Cardinals.
In their next game, the Crusaders clash with the St. Francis Red Raiders (Athol Springs, NY) in a non-league match, on Saturday, November 28. Archbishop Stepinac will attempt to move on its 11-0 season record. The Red Raiders enter the match with a 7-4 record after their 42-7 non-league win over Canisius (Buffalo, NY).
The Cardinals (8-3) will now prepare for their match against Mt. St. Michael Academy (Bronx, NY). The Mountaineers enter the non-league match with a 1-8 record. In their last match, Mt. St. Michael Academy ran past Kennedy Catholic (Somers, NY), 44-8, in a non-league match.
