West Virginia High School Basketball - PikeView knocked off by Chapmanville Regional
December 23, 2016: Chapmanville, WV 25508 The Chapmanville Regional Tigers basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting PikeView Panthers to 60 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodstock for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 27. Chapmanville Regional will meet a Wolverines team coming off a 73-49 non-league win over Pinecrest Academy (Cumming, GA). The Wolverines record now stands at 7-5.
The Panthers (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Wyoming East (New Richmond, WV). The Warriors enter the Coalfield AA contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Wyoming East ran past Logan (Logan, WV), 68-64, in a non-league contest.
