In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Redwood Giants (Larkspur, CA) basketball squad beat the visiting Alameda Hornets (Alameda, CA), by a margin of 55-45.

The Giants (28-2) will now prepare for their outing against Pinole Valley (Pinole, CA). The Spartans go into the non-league outing with a 20-9 record. In their last outing, Pinole Valley gained a win over Montgomery (Santa Rosa, CA), 46-44, in a non-league outing.
