Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Ligonier Valley overwhelms Northern Cambria

Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Ligonier Valley Rams (Ligonier, PA) and the visiting Northern Cambria Colts (Northern Cambria, PA), saw Ligonier Valley's basketball squad wallop Northern Cambria by a count of 73-14.

With the victory, Ligonier Valley upgrades its record to 9-8 on the campaign. The Rams travel to North Star (Boswell, PA) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 26. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 9-5. North Star won 65-62 in their recent league challenge against Portage (Portage, PA)

Next up, the Colts play the Penns Manor Comets (Clymer, PA) in a Heritage challenge, on Thursday, January 25. Northern Cambria will attempt to upgrade on its 0-14 season record. The Comets come into the challenge with a 15-2 record after their 62-42 league win over Marion Center (Marion Center, PA).
