In Friday's league battle, the visiting Weston Trojans volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Stratford Red Devils.

The Trojans (5-7) will now prepare for their battle against Lauralton Hall (Milford, CT). The Crusaders come into the Southwest battle with a 9-2 record. In their last battle, Lauralton Hall achieved victory over Bethel (Bethel, CT), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Red Devils clash with the Pomperaug Panthers (Southbury, CT) in a Southwest battle, on Monday, October 17. Stratford will attempt to advance on its 6-6 season record. The Panthers come into the battle with a 9-5 record after their 3-1 league win over New Fairfield (New Fairfield, CT).
