Virginia High School Volleyball - Covenant over Chatham

September 18, 2018: Chatham, VA 24531

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA) and the host Chatham Cavaliers (Chatham, VA), saw Covenant's volleyball squad beat Chatham by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Covenant upgrades its record to 6-0 on the year. The Eagles travel to Virginia Episcopal School (Lynchburg, VA) to play the Bishops in a VISAA Blue Ridge bout on Thursday, September 20. The Bishops go into the bout with a record of 2-1.

The Cavaliers now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Nelson County for a Class 2 Region C bout on Tuesday, September 18. Chatham will play a Governors squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Dan River (Ringgold, VA). The Governors record now stands at 3-3.
