The River Ridge Knights /Royal (New Port Richey, FL) basketball felled the visiting Central Bears (Brooksville, FL), 45-31 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Knights /Royal (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Anclote (Holiday, FL). The Sharks go into the test with a 0-0 record.

The Bears now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Paxton for a non-league test on Thursday, January 5. Central will clash with a Bobcats squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Laurel Hill (Laurel Hill, FL). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-0.
